Prilla

Prilla is a Disney fairy who doesn't know at first what her talent is, which causes quite a stir upon her arrival in Pixie Hollow. Though she's somewhat unsure of herself (which might have something to do with not knowing her talent!) she's a good humored fairy who always has the best intentions.Prilla has brown hair and blue eyes.
Prilla is the first and only of her kind being a Mainland-visiting Clapping-talent fairy. She flies to the mainland whenever a fairy is in danger of dying, to encourage children who still believe in fairies to clap their hands and prevent the demise. A fairy dies when the child who created him or her (by laughing for the first time) stops believing in fairies. Prilla's talent was intially obscure, but was discovered in Fairy Dust and the Quest for the Egg when it was evident that she could "blink" to the mainland easily, which the other fairies cannot do.
In Prilla and the Butterfly Lie she tries to help fairies with other talents, like caterpillar shearing, but gets into trouble when she tells her friend Nettle that she actually likes butterflies better than caterpillars (to avoid having to help Nettle shear any more caterpillars.) Butterflies are notorious tricksters, and lead Prilla on a merry chase. Prilla learns to stand up for herself and not try to make the other fairies like her by telling white lies.
