Nana II is a St. Bernard owned by Jane's family in Return to Never Land and is presumably a descendant of the original Nana. (It's unlikely she would be Nana's daughter, as the name implies, because of the time difference. But the timeframe of Return is a bit problematic, because if you assume that Wendy's visit to Neverland took place in 1904, when the play debuted, she'd be at least in her mid-40s during the Blitz.) Although Jane jokes that Nana II believes she's in charge of her, there's no indication that she has any actual authority, but instead is just a beloved and helpful pet.
