Mathew Waters

Mathew Waters is an Australian actor who played the bit part of Messenger Boy in P. J. Hogan's 2003 Peter Pan.
He was born May 29, 1989, in Kogarah, New South Wales. He studied for two years at the L.A. Talent School in Liverpool, Sydney, and acted in the stage musical The Boy from Oz. Before his brief appearance in Peter Pan, he already had extensive experience in Australian TV. He played Bronson Twist, the youngest of the three children in the 2000-2001 revival of the magical family sitcom Round the Twist. In 2001 he played a supporting role as Scratch in Escape of the Artful Dodger, in which the Dickens character flees to Australia. He then performed in the stage musical Oliver!
Immediately after Peter Pan, he played Spike, one of the central characters in the children's class-conflict drama Snobs. He appeared in the 2008 Aussie feature film Men's Group, and has done additional TV series work for Canadian television and for Tom Hanks and Steven Spielberg.
