David Christiana is the illustrator of Gail Carson Levine's Disney Fairies books for children: Fairy Dust and the Quest for the Egg and Fairy Haven and the Quest for the Wand. He was born in Tucson, Arizona. He has illustrated more than twenty picture books for children and written four himself, for international publishers such as Farrar, Straus & Giroux; Harcourt Brace; Little, Brown; Henry Holt; and Scholastic. Reviews written by Christiana have appeared in The New York Times Book Review, People magazine, Publishers Weekly, etc.
