Curly (or Cubby) is the most troublesome Lost Boy, described by Barrie as "a pickle" (a person who gets into pickles). He is in charge of building the little house in chapter six. Curly grows up to work in an office.

In the Disney adaptations, he wears a bear outfit, and is renamed Cubby, a name that Disney apparently has an unhealthy fixation on, as it was also the nickname of one of the Mouseketeers and is the name of a character in the Disney Playground series Jake and the Never Land Pirates.

In Peter Pan in Scarlet he is a doctor, and also the owner of one of Nana's great-grandpuppies.
