We all know that the tale of Peter Pan and [[Wendy Darling]] is a great story.  The story of J. M. Barrie himself is also a fascinating one, recounted and dramatized numerous times.  But dig a little deeper: Peter Pan's lesser-known "[[Peter Pan in Kensington Gardens|origin story]]" is also an entertaining one, and so are Barrie's [[works of J. M. Barrie|other works]].  Barrie's [[Allahakbarries|friends]] and [[Barrie family|family]] had interesting lives, as did the [[Gerald du Maurier|actors]], the [[:Category:Artists|illustrators]], etc. who brought his works to life.  This is the place to find all that out.  The goal is that this site will be able to provide the answer to random questions like "Who played [[Tootles]] in ''[[Hook (film)|Hook]]'' and [[Arthur Malet|what else has he done?]]" or "[[Rupert Buxton|Whatever happened]] to [[Michael Llewelyn Davies|the boy]] that [[Michael Darling]] was named after?" and provide a springboard to other sources of information if you want to learn even more.  Like a boy who will never grow up, this will forever be a work in progress; the site currently contains '''{{NUMBEROFARTICLES}}''' articles and '''{{NUMBEROFFILES}}''' images.

Although Peter Pan is popular with children, '''this site is ''not'' censored''' for their benefit.  It is written for an adult audience, and includes some information (and images) unsuitable for young children.
