Moira Banning is the wife of Peter Banning in the 1991 film Hook, played by Caroline Goodall. She is the granddaughter of Wendy Darling, whom Peter Pan fell in love with, and chose to grow up and have children with. With Peter she has two children: Jack and Maggie.

Her name is little bit of a puzzle. Moira is famously one of the middle names of the character Wendy, which is presumably why Wendy's daughter Jane gave it to her daughter. However in the final paragraph of Peter and Wendy, J. M. Barrie specifically states that Jane's daughter is called Margaret. Since Maggie is a standard diminutive version of Margaret, it is fairly safe to assume that Wendy's great-granddaughter was given that name in the film. One might speculate that Jane had two daughters, one with each name, but that wouldn't explain the fact that both the film and the original novel mention only one and not the other.
