Jacob Tomuri (born December 4, 1979) is a New Zealand actor and stunt man of European and Maori ancestry, who played the heavilly-inked Bill Jukes in P. J. Hogan's 2003 film Peter Pan.

He was born and raised in Titahi Bay, Wellington. After a bit part in an earlier season, in 2000–2001 he appeared in over 50 twice-weekly episodes of the UK/NZ teen sci-fi series The Tribe as Lt. Luke. While a student at the Performing Arts School of New Zealand in 2001, he did stunt work for all three of The Lord of the Rings films, including diving off fortress walls for the Helms Deep battle scenes.

He has had guest roles in the long running TV New Zealand soap Shortland Street (2004–2005) as the popular character Norman Hanson, Revelations: The Initial Journey (2003), and the syndicated-by-ABC series Legend of the Seeker (2008) for which he has also done regular stunt work. In addition to his role as Bill Jukes, he has had minor roles in the 2001 New Zealand film Snakeskin and Columbia Pictures horror film 30 Days of Night, and a central role in the short Ergotism. He did stunts for the blockbuster Avatar, resulting in a small part as "Dragon Navigator" which required a trip to L.A. to rerecord lines. His stunt work includes Starz's TV series Spartacus: Blood and Sand (2010).
