Cubby (pirate)

Cubby is a character on the Disney Junior animated TV series Jake and the Never Land Pirates, voiced by Jonathan Morgan Heit. He is younger than both of his fellow kid pirates, Jake and Izzy. Appearance wise, he is short and chubby and he wears a blue vest and bandanna and red shorts. He is known to say "Aw Coconuts!" when he is disappointed over something. When stuff is stolen from the crew, he seems to get the most upset over it, particularly in the episode where their snacks were stolen. He is shown to be clumsy and he speaks with a slight lisp. He has a map of Never Land which he uses to help the team in their adventures.
He may be the same Cubby who appears in Disney's version of Peter Pan story as one of the Lost Boys: although he is younger, he has the same hair and skin color. The timeframe of the series is not explicitly stated, but to the extent that continuity matters in Never Land, it would make sense for it to be set before the visit of Wendy and her brothers. Either that, or Disney just has a strange fixation on the name (also shared with one of the better-known 1950s Mouseketeers).
