Chloe is a Garden-Talent fairy that has her heart set on competing in the Pixie Hollow games. Instead of getting put with a teammate that appreciates her desire to win, she gets stuck with Rosetta, another Garden-Talent fairy that doesn't want to have anything to do with, or in the games.

Sweet natured, kind, and understanding, Chloe has a winning personality. Her eyes are brown and her hair is cut so that she looks like a tomboy. Being a garden talent fairy, Chloe loves to wear pink.
