Bill Jukes is one of the pirates in Captain Hook's crew on the Jolly Roger.

Peter and Wendy introduces him as follows: "Here is Bill Jukes, every inch of him tattooed, the same Bill Jukes who got six dozen on the WALRUS from Flint before he would drop the bag of moidores." He and Cecco set up the plank for the children to walk after their capture by the pirates. When Hook sends him to the cabin to fetch the cat-o-nine-tails for whipping them with, he becomes the second pirate killed by Peter that day.

Jukes was played by James English in the 1904 premiere of Peter Pan, or The Boy Who Wouldn't Grow Up. In the 1924 silent film he is played by Charles A. Stevenson. In the 1987 Soviet television movie the part of "Билл Джукс" (which phonetically approximates "Bill Jukes") was played by Александр Назаров (Aleksandr Nazarov). He appeared as "Billy Jukes" in the 1990 TV series Peter Pan and the Pirates by Eugene Williams. He was played by Jacob Tomuri in the 2003 film Peter Pan.
